In one universe, the mother of boy genius Eric, alias “Professor Awesome”, was mad about him for quite a while following his invention of the de-pants-icator. (PROSE: Pit Stop, Morning After)

Eric also expected she'd be mad about his bringing of dozens of live trilobites to school, though he insisted that in that particular instance he had meant no malice. However, she had not yet gotten home form work on that day when Eric's help was enlisted by Jenny to repair the dream spinner. (PROSE: Pit Stop) When Eric came home “cranky” after an argument with Judy, his mother “got all weird about it” due to assuming that he had some kind of romantic interest in the girl, when the idea had not even occurred to Eric. He visited Jenny and Kim, who quickly made the same mistake, although they realised it before too long. (PROSE: Misunderstandings)

When Jenny and Kim went through their closet to sort its contents and found a rocket boot, they decided to set it aside to give it to Eric so long as his mother allowed it. (PROSE: Cleaning Day)

She got along with David Lowe. Noting that the boy didn't seem to have many friends his age, they agreed to have David drive Eric to a “dinner thing” at the Emanuel temple on Sukkot week; there, he wound up meeting not only Herbie Popnecker, but a passing Sophie Everytime.
