The Crew of the Copper-Colored Cupids had a Department of Permits. In 2019, they authroised the Department of Construction to demolish the west wing of the Cupid Post Office despite Philatel-426's objections, on the grounds that the wing was not actually being used for any official Postal Services business (Philatel was instead using it to store his stamp collection).
