Brutus's pan-dimensional speedster

Brutus, one of the last two inhabitants of one planet in the Prime Universe, owned a pan-dimensional speedster, as did his counterpart Lilathia, although hers was slightly “sleeker-looking”. He flew the speedster in the Cross-Dimensional Grand Prix he ran against Lilathia, which ended in a tie. After Lilathia gave Marksmanship-522 her speedster to replace Marksmanship's Fog Ship, which she'd destroyed to strong-arm him into serving as an arbiter for the Grand Prix, Brutus's remained the only speedster on their planet.
