Banker T. Wiggley was a aged anthropomorphic rabbit and one of Joe McPhud's old war buddies in one universe. Although a self-professed “drinker of hard liquors”, Wiggley was also good with a gun and helped protect the city against the Drag-Racing Monkeys on two distinct occasions.
