Tony Walsh created the webcomic He Is Just A Rat. Thus, he was the writer and artist of COMIC: Jenny Everywhere vs. the Drag-Racing Monkeys, which was a crossover between Jenny Everywhere and that series. He also authored COMIC: Something Wasn't Right., a prequel to that story which featured only Jenny.
