ARCHONET

In the Collapsed Cosmos, a computer program called ARCHONET looked over what remained of reality, including the city in which Jenny Everywhere resided, with the help of a “select conclave of organic advisors”.

ARCHONET presumably had some connection to the Archons of the Redoubt, who existed at the End of Time in the Collapsed Cosmos and sought to remedy the grievous state of reality. He did not take kindly to displays of creativity from the citizens, believing that they increased “chaos” in some abstract sense and, as a result, worsened the universe's instability. ARCHONET's enforcers included the Grigori, who were the angel-like mechanoids, as well as mixed-species squads including the fearsome Archondroids and human soldiers in fascist-style uniforms.

Jenny came to believe that he was the “God” she had been warned about in a prophecy by a “creepy” Librarian, and suspected that ARCHONET itself was behind the collapse of the Multiverse. (PROSE: The Hermetic Garbage of Jenny Everywhere)
