The 89067986779811167562948736197891674912223184th Universe was a universe nearly identical to the Third Universe, one of the infinity whose Time Lords walked away from the Council of Frogs's numbering assembly with a Batrachian Casket and the assumption that they were the ones who'd snagged the “Third” designation.
There, the First Doctor's flight from Gallifrey was briefly interrupted by a visiting version of Jenny Nowhere, who tried to derail his destiny by stealing the TARDIS first. However, her scheme and the Great Intelligence ended up cancelling each other out and the Doctor's escape ultimately proceeded as normal despite the side-step.
