The Department of Journalism's building was the building which served as the headquarters of the Crew of the Copper-Colored Cupids' Department of Journalism. It contained a large printing-room. During Philatel-426's youth, when the Department was headed by Editor-345, he would clear out the printing-room to allow it to serve as the venue for his annual Valentine's Day parties.
