In the 97th Cosmos, the Martian Empire Science Department were the Wellsian organisation who developed means for the Wellsians to travel from their home planet of Mars (or “Wellsia”) to Earth. After considering various other ideas, they ultimately created the Really Bloody Big Cannon. (VIDEO: The Wellsians)
