Gyro Gearloose
An inventor from the Prime Earth, described by Bibliophile-962 as an “anthropomorphic cockatoo — or chicken — or something”, created a three-wheeled time machine with which he travelled through the Time Vortex with a “hapless” friend of his. The machine once fell through a dimensional warm and into the Void Between Worlds and lost a vital component. The inventor stayed at the Interdimensional Tavern to guard the machine while his friend went off an adventure through the Void to locate the missing piece. While waiting at the Tavern, the inventor met Bibliophile-962 of the Crew of the Copper-Colored Cupids, who recorded the encounter in the Cupid Fact File on the Tavern that he wrote about a week later. Behind the scenes
The inventor is strongly suggested to be Disney Comics' Gyro Gearloose, with his hapless friend being Donald Duck and the time machine being the Time Coupe.
After an update to The Interdimensional Tavern, the “lawyer-friendly” implied cameos of Gyro and Donald were removed and replaced with a new anecdote about Bibliophile meeting the Time Traveller from H. G. Wells's The Time Machine.
