Keith was a normal human man with blue hair, from one of the universes where the Infinity Apartment existed.
He was one of Jenny Everywhere's flatmates at the Apartment, but refused to believe her about the Apartment's multi-dimensional nature (even after they'd known each other for years) until, while he was inside, she opened the door again only for it to now exit to Jenny's front door in a universe populated by Dragons instead of Keith's own homeworld.
He once observed Jenny listening at the door of an as-yet-unclaimed room within the Apartment, with Jenny explaining more of the Apartment's functions to him in answer to his question about what she was doing.
When Jenny decided to take him, Ezri and Thuban to Club Jitsu, a ninja club, Keith wasted no time embarrassing himself, firstly by wondering where all the people were — needing to have it explained to him that, as a ninja club, most of the guests were remaining invisible or otherwise undetectable. After a few became visible nevertheless, he attempted to flirt with one ninja. This went so badly that she ended up hurling some throwing-stars at him.
For Halloween 2006, Keith dressed up as Harry Potter.
Eventually, Jenny disappeared for six months, having left to find herself. She came back married to Alan, a vampire. Keith was hurt by her thoughtlessness in abandoning them, and jealous of Alan, having long harboured unrequited love for Jenny. However, he kept all these feelings to himself, welcoming Jenny back as politely as he could. He later took a Thanksgiving group picture with the other residents of the Apartment.
