In one universe, D'Artagnan was one of the three musketeers and a companion of Jenny Everywhere. He was not present at their climactic fight against Cardinal Dracula (PROSE: Preludes and Distractions), but Jenny made reference to him in Kan-Tavari while telling Laura Drake of her time as the "fifth musketeer". Although the events of this book were broadly similar to those lived by the version of D'Artagnan in Cardinal Dracula's Universe, they did not contain a version of either Jenny Everywhere or Cardinal Dracula. Origins
The character of D'Artagnan is not original to the Jenny Everywhere mythos, as he originated in Alexandre Dumas' famous The d'Artagnan Romances series, first appearing in the 1844 novel The Three Musketeers. Because this work is now in the public domain, the character is freely available for use by anyone.
