In one universe, two “bush people” were encountered by Jenny Everywhere and her party in the vicinity of the “ghost town” on the Makara Isles that was overlooked by the castle of Dracula's daughters. By the time the group made their way to the castle, the first had joined the party, even though Jenny was still confused as to their identity and motivations. After being invited to dinner by the ladies of the house, Jenny was further mystified by the appearance of a second bush person. Over the course of the meal, she apparently came to some realisation about their true nature, but her only post on the matter on Twitter was a disturbed-sounding, laconic “I saw into the bushes” which explained very little. Behind the scenes
It is as yet unclear whether the two bush people stayed at the castle, or if they follow Jenny and the others into the rest of the narrative. Though they are not explicitly mentioned in subsequent tweets, neither is Nero, even though he and Amuro evidently still tag along with Jenny past the Dracula excursion.
