Doctor Sigma-063 was the head of the Crew of the Copper-Colored Cupids' Celestial Foam Network. (PROSE: Rifts Crisis Officially Over!) The name also referred to the building where the organisation, which oversaw the maintenance and assignment of Fog Ships, was based. (PROSE: The Winter Quests)
