Moment of Truth was the a two-page opener to “Issue 6” of the Tales To Behold subseries of the webcomic The Cosmic Beholder. Written and drawn by Paul Hoppe, it was released both in webcomic form and in a limited print run.

Plot
The morning following the night his daughter Jesse's friends Alicia and Babs spent in his home, Doctor Brain dreads the prospect of breakfast, because it will mean facing Alicia, who tried to sleep with him in the night only for him to awkwardly rebuff her. He is initially relieved that she successfully plays it cool, and is all set to do the same when Jesse suddenly and guilelessly asks Alicia why she was missing from her bed for a while last night.
