Reality Z-25 31-H's incarnation of Red Riding Hood was a superspy active in 21st-century America. Her superior went by the codename “Grandmother”, and she had an acquaintance called Hunter. While transporting some secrt documents to Grandmother, Red Riding Hood was stopped by the Big Bad Wolf, a secret agent of a rival organisation, who had the ability to turn into a super-strong wolf-man. The two began to fight, and turned out to be more or less evenly-matched.
