Grandmother

From Jenny Everywhere Wiki

Grandmother” was the codename of the superior of Reality Z-25 31-H's Red Riding Hood, who was a superspy. After she fell in love with the Big Bad Wolf (originally a rival agent who tried to intercept some documents Red Riding Hood was ferrying to Grandmother), Red Riding Hood decided to betray Grandmother, with the help of a friend of hers called Hunter. (COMIC: Red Riding Hood)

With the Wolf also having double-crossed his own bosses, the two later decided to make a romantic getaway to Acapulco, travelling in disguise in an effort to evade their respective overseers. The Wolf was convinced that the disguises he'd put together would be good enough, but, to his embarrassment, while waiting in line at the airport they were accosted by an android, who played back a recorded message directly from Grandmother, explaining that their overseers knew full well where the Wolf and Red Riding Hood had gone, but that, in recognition of their good work rebuilding the city with Professor Madison, they'd leave the two alone so long as they refrained from engaging in illegal activities. Behind the scenes

Grandmother is evidently the comic story's parodical counterpart to the role played by Little Red Riding Hood's actual grandmother in the original fairy tale. Additionally, the idea of a secret service head with such a codename is reminiscent of Mother, the head of “the Ministry” in ITV's The Avengers.
