The Tavern was operated by Volensholagoz, with Frederick and Tpxszum as waiters, SERIAL CODE 000000234 as the chef, and a shapeshifting Drink-Mixer. As an April Fools' Day prank, the Faction of the Fooling Fish once tricked all the merchants of the Interdimensional Black Market into relocating to the Tavern, although they eventually figured out the letter they'd received from the Queen of the Black Market had been a forgery.
