In the Collapsed Cosmos, a computer program called ARCHONET looked over what remained of reality, including the city in which Jenny Everywhere resided, with the help of a “select conclave of organic advisors”.
ARCHONET presumably had some connection to the Archons of the Redoubt, who existed at the End of Time in the Collapsed Cosmos and sought to remedy the grievous state of reality.
