In Reality Z-25 31-H, the League of Champions was a superhero team to which Gwenna had ties. They had at least one orbital satellite which gave a live feed of the Naked Jungle from space.
When Ro-Man returned to Buranda to get his revenge on Kaza, he ensured that his arrival coincided with the entire team being “off-world”. However, Gwenna was still able to access their satellite and use it to pinpoint the landing sight of his flying saucer. (COMIC: Ruthless Ro-Man)
Behind the scenes
Ruthless Ro-Man never clarifies whether the League is to some extent the same as the gathering of superheroes including Samson, Blue Beetle, Flame Girl, Zanzibar the Magician abd Dynamo, shown in flashback as having fought off Ro-Man's prior invasion. Although one might be tempted to assume as much, Dynamo was not “off-world” until his appearance in the present-day portion of the story, instead informing Gwenna that he was “tied up in San Francisco”.
