In Reality Z-25 31-H, the League of Champions was a superhero team to which Gwenna had ties. They had at least one orbital satellite which gave a live feed of the Naked Jungle from space.
When Ro-Man returned to Buranda to get his revenge on Kaza, he ensured that his arrival coincided with the entire team being “off-world”. However, Gwenna was still able to access their satellite and use it to pinpoint the landing sight of his flying saucer. Dynamo, who had not gone to space but was busy with an unrelated adventure in San Francisco, also eventually answered the call, providing key information that the League had managed to extract by analysing the technology Ro-Man's kind had left behind after their first failed invasion. (COMIC: Ruthless Ro-Man)
Behind the scenes
Ruthless Ro-Man never clarifies whether the League is synonymous with the gathering of superheroes including Samson, Blue Beetle, Flame Girl, Zanzibar the Magician abd Dynamo, shown in flashback as having fought off Ro-Man's prior invasion.
