Losing Peter Griffin
Twilight Sparkle was apparently acquainted with Peter Griffin. She visited him in a hospital shortly before his death, crying over his deathbed. (COMIC: Peter's Death)
She later passed by the local version of Jenny Everywhere in the hospital as another Jenny promoted Gevity™ to her. (COMIC: Jenny Says: Drink Gevity™!)
Behind the scenes
Twilight Sparkle is one of the main characters in My Little Pony. Her depiction in COMIC: Peter's Death was primarily based upon her depiction in the image "Mario's death (Saved ending)" by WT821Productions.
