The Quasi-spiraled Moonduster was a drink offered at the Interdimensional Tavern.
Nature
It was said to taste “like the sixth star of the Gambit System in Dimension ^6-Q”. At the time of writing their Fact File on the Tavern, the Cupids had been unable to determine whether or not it was alcoholic. (PROSE: The Interdimensional Tavern)
