Wizard economic crisis

The wizard economic crisis was an event which occurred in the 925th Universe at some point after the 1970s. It allowed the Man in Grey to cheaply purchase the building in Crieff which had previously been the disused remains of the Private Wizarding School of Artemas H. Whipple. He later used the building, which had caught his eye for being gray and non-euclidean, as the offices of the M.F.S. Scottish Division.
