Westbrook
Westbrook was a city in Wisconsin in Universe C.
Westbrook was founded in 1836 over a large river. In the early 21st century, it was home to the Jacobs family, including Jenny Jacobs, the local incarnation of Jenny Everywhere, who used her shifting powers to act as a teenaged superhero under the name of “the Shifter”. She principally protected the city from various threats from other dimensions which kept materialising in Westbrook for largely unknown reasons (although some, including the local Jenny Nowhere, were actively redirected there by Chaos to cause trouble for Jenny). After the Multiverse broke and collapsed into a single, unstable universe, the “Collapsed Cosmos”, Westbrook, or at least part of it, ceased to have properly existed. However, it was rescued from nonexistence by the Archons and incorporated into their city of Redoubt at the end of time. Jenny Everywhere and her mother took the Null-Train to the Westbrook portion of the Redoubt, which Jenny recognised. (PROSE: The Hermetic Garbage of Jenny Everywhere
