Umbow

Umbow was a Sopachoan from the Green Universe.
He worked as a government advisor for the united planetary government of Sopacho. He was an expert on interplanetary conflicts, but sought to promote them so as to keep his job relevant instead of trying to avert them. If unable to find a better excuse, he would stoop to citing the ugliness of alien species as a reason to go to war against them. He was not as successful as he might wish at actually causing wars, however. (PROSE: Sopachoans)
