The Toy Cupid

The Toy Cupid was a short-lived, unfinished ersatz Clockwork Cherub crafted by Madame Tarsa after she captured Larrikin-1029 and Pessimist-242, meant to be the first of a whole line of copycat Cupids she would sell as toys.

The prototype resembled a hybrid of its two models, and had a big wind-up key on its back which had to be cranked for it to briefly activate. It spoke in an unnatural, stilted voice made up of sampled bits of Pessimist and Larrikin's recorded voices. Before it could be completed, Larrikin destroyed the Toy Cupid as well as the rest of Tarsa's research on Clockwork Cherubs and Love Potion by causing the unfinished Potion to blow up.
