Whipple's “Private Wizarding School” in 1970s Crieff, secretly a front for Whipple to mould young wizards into weapons against the Yellow King, was hailed as “the Best Boy” by Whipple as part of his cult-like teachings, apparently owing to a special birthmark the child had.
