Slough

In at least universe, Slough was commonly understood to be one of the most boring, dispiriting cities in England. For this reason, while trying to keep a low profile ahead of his world-conquering plans, Lord Grallyx decided to emerge there. However, his presence was still discovered, and Jenny Cornelius ended up banishing him before he could fully escape from his summoning circle. (PROSE: Birds and Snakes)
