Shifter hangover

Shifter hangover was a condition which could occur as a result of excessive shifting in a compressed time-frame. It would last until the fabric of reality around the shifter healed. In the meantime, they would cause small glitches in reality around them, and be assailed by memories from other lifetimes. (PROSE: Morning After)
