Rinok
The Rinoks were a species of humanoids resembling anthropomorphic rhinos with red skin.
Rinok mercenaries were a recurring foe of the incarnation of Jenny Everywhere who was one of the Children of the Nexus. She encountered them, not for the first time, acting as the “Red Guards” of the Bishop in the world of the Aspergots, which they and (presumably) the Bishop had accessed through a hole in the fabric of space-time. They wielded Shock-Staves and acted as the enforcers of the Bishop's regime. Jenny was able to defeat one by using her Electro-Neutralizer to redirect its Shock-Staff power back at it. Behind the scenes
It is probable that, had Matt Sutton finished his Jenny Everywhere story arc, the nature of the Rinoks and of their prior history with Jenny would have been made more explicit.
