Lockjaw was an “alligator-man” the bouncer of the Red Lion Inn, a notorious interdimensional inn. Accordingly, he was well-acquainted with Jenny Everywhere.

In the Collapsed Cosmos
The Bartender and her Red Lion Inn survived the temporary breaking down of the Multiverse into a Collapsed Cosmos, Lockjaw included. When Jenny Everywhere frantically took refuge into the Inn with Glendalf through the gateway in Faerie as they fled from the Wild Hunt, Lockjaw instantly recognised Jenny and made small talk with her, asking what was bringing her back to the Inn this time.
