Langley was an associate of Jenny Everywhere in one universe. He warned her when a group of her interdimensional counterparts, whom she had been expecting, arrived at their university. Seeing that Jenny was with Professor Alexander when he delivered the warning, he cut himself off before finishing the word “counterparts”, amending it to “relatives”.
