Hogan is the founder of the Dragoneers website and forum, and acted as the overseer of multiple Halloween Cameo Caper webcomic crossover events including The Halloween Cameo Caper 2014, which featured Jenny Everywhere. As part of The Halloween Cameo Caper, Hogan wrote the prose piece The Setting of Kokotomo. His bio on Twitter read, as of 2022:
