Frog Mayor
The Frog Mayor of Wild West Town was one of the living toys who resided in Madame Tarsa's dimensionally-transcendental Toybox, located in her Workshop.
Description
Physical appearance
The Frog Mayor appeared as a rubber, anthropomorphic frog (PROSE: The Toymaker's Labyrinth) wearing a top hat. (PROSE: The Time of the Toymaker)
Personality
The Mayor was a helpful and easygoing individual for the most part, and was genuinely concerned about the wellbeing of his small township. This involved both a level of concern about the safety of the inhabitants, (PROSE: The Toymaker's Labyrinth, The Time of the Toymaker) and endless amounts of pride over the town, which he constantly tried to render attractive to largely nonexistent tourists. (PROSE: The Time of the Toymaker) However, he was keen to keep it as it was, which included keeping the existence of the outside world a secret from the other denizens. Powers & abilities
In accordance with his shape as a frog, the Mayor was capable of very tall leaps. This meant he was the only resident of Wild West Town who could reach the exit into the rest of the Toymaker's Labyrinth. (PROSE: The Toymaker's Labyrinth)
Biography
When Larrikin-1029 and Pessimist-242 ended up in Wild West Town as they made their way through the Toymaker's Labyrinth, they were briefly mistaken for new members of the Plush Posse by the Sheriff. After the real outlaws made their escape, pursued by the Sheriff, the two Cupids spoke with the frantic Frog Mayor about the possibility of staying in town indefinitely, since the door was too high for them to go through again. However, after a few minutes' conversation with them, the Mayor came to believe that they were too annoying to keep around, as they might drive the population of the Town into the desert just to avoid them. As a result, the Mayor went back on his prior claim that he knew nothing of the world beyond the desert and fetched them a ladder so they could go back through the door. The Mayor seemed rarely to leave the Town, but was still aware of other parts of the world inside the Toybox, such as the Christmas Toyland, which he was able to describe to Juliet-178, Arganthone-056 and Jenny Everywhere when they visited the Toybox in December 2020, seeking a way to unfreeze Tarsa herself from a block of magical ice.
