The Crew of the Copper-Colored Cupids' Cupid Intelligence Institute had a Department of Meteorology. Instead of reporting or studying the weather, its purpose was actually to create it, as the Cupid Homeworld normally had none. On Halloween 2019, they “whipped up” seasonally-appropriate dark rainclouds and “frightening” wind. Frankenstein-818 later stated, at a time when one would have been handy, that he would have had to submit a request in advance for the Department of Meteorology to “authorise” a lightning strike.
