In the 925th Universe, “Death surgery” was an operation Professor Wogglebug once performed on a volunteer test subject who'd just had an aneurysm because of Wogglebug's experimental Brain Pills. The surgery turned the volunteer into a healthy undead being. Being in possession of “a good lawyer”, the Professor was confident that this would suffice to put him in the legal clear, as he confided to the Man in Grey on Valentine's Day 2023.
