Darkborough

Darkborough was the capital of the worldwide Empire of Sebastian Steer on the planet Shenanig in the Jynx Dimension. It was a small city built arround Killmage Hill, on which Steer placed his Imperial Castle. (PROSE: The Time of the Toymaker)
