The Council House of Prophetstown was one of the locations which, in the Collapsed Cosmos, had been erased from normal history, only to be snatched from oblivion by the Archons to be integrated into the Redoubt, their infinite city at the End of Time. Behind the scenes
This presumably refers to the replica Shawnee council house in the Prophetstown State Park, rather than to the town hall of the actual city.
