In one universe where Jenny Everywhere was a fictional character, Boag was a Scottish fan of Jenny's, who discussed her with other fans on a website called Barbelith. His friend Sizemore, a writer, managed to write himself into Jenny's narrative, thus actually meeting her. He summoned Boag, or potentially a fictional copy thereof, who reacted with excitement to meeting his hero and getting to give her a peck on the cheek.
