In Reality Z-25 31-H, Bill was one of the police officers who worked under the country Sheriff who would later become Jung-La, alongside Ben.
The two were corrupt and, unbeknownst to the Sheriff, began running a successful racket reselling confiscated drugs to dealers. When the Odds, on vacation, happened to find themselves near their headquarters, Bill and Ben managed to capture them using tranquiliser guns and the element of surprise, but missed Captain Evening who had wandered off; with the Sheriff's help, the Captain managed to find his friends and discover the truth about Bill and Ben, who were ultimately exposed and arrested.
