Mr King operated the Wintle Newsstand in Chicago in 1938 in one universe. Although suspecting that the one about the bloke lifting a car might also prove successful, he particularly promoted a Jenny Everywhere comic to one kid, praising Jenny as a cool hero with “moxie”. In the end, it was a surprise apperance by the real Jenny, who happened to have shifted into his universe, which decided the child to buy the comic. (COMIC: The Jenny Everywhere Chronicles)
