When Wednesday Addams entered the Eleventh Doctor's TARDIS, she had psychic visions of some his other selves, including an old man who was accompanied by a teenage girl. (PROSE: Wednesday and the Doctor)

Behind the scenes

Although the First Doctor had multiple teenaged girls among his companions during his TV tenure, this character is presumably intended to be the first, the Doctor's granddaughter Susan.
