In one universe, Annals of the Jen: One Year of Jenny Over-There was a story written by Callum Phillpott. After having completed a scene in which Jenny Over-There spoke with John Watson, Phillpott was baffled to discover the other half of that conversation had been written a century prior in a hitherto-lost Sherlock Holmes manuscript by Arthur Conan Doyle.
