Behind the scenes
Most of the drinks served at the Barbelith Baristas are references to copyrighted fictional beverages from other franchises. Flaming Moe originated in the Simpsons episode Flaming Moe's as an improbable cocktail accidentally invented by Homer Simpson (as the “Flaming Homer”) and then stolen by recurring character Moe of Moe's Tavern, and renamed the Flaming Moe to great commercial success.
