Waldo

Waldo was a young man with brown hair and round glasses, wearing a bobble hat and a red-and-white-striped shirt. He was a wanderer, often found in unlikely places. At least one version of him was an interdimensional traveller, and was present at the swearing-in ceremony of the new Justice of the Peace of the interdimensional city of Shelterville, stood next to Drop Forge and behind Greta Överallt.
