In at least one universe, Frank was a member of Cody's Wild West Show alongside Annie Oakley.
He once sat together for lunch with Annie and a version of Jenny Everywhere as they set up their next show. When an obnoxious man tried to goad Jenny into a gunfight under the misapprehension that she wasn't much of a markswoman, Jenny decided to feed into this misconception without telling a single lie, by stating that she was no better than “the next woman” — the woman sitting next to Jenny being Annie Oakley, whom the man hadn't recognised.
