Department of Anarchy

The Department of Anarchy were a British government agency in Dimension 331, based in London. For nebulous reasons, they funded and oversaw the activity of professional anarchists, including Red Max. They took an interest in Jenny Everywhere due to the potential for her to grant them technological secrets from other universes, leading to Red Max's overseer showing him the Jenny Everywhere file and telling him to attempt to get close to Jenny. Six months later, he was unable to glean anything from Jenny directly but did re-ingratiate himself with the Department by giving them some of the Brotherhood of Multiversal Oneness's technology.
