Simpy, alongside his longer-eared friend Limpy, was one of a pair of two extremely thick anthropomorphic rabbits who existed in one universe.
Disliked by the rest of the rabbit community for their dullness and their mean-spirited pranks, the two were left behind (alongside Rat Boy, whom they were the only rabbits to admire) during the rabbits' evacuation of areas taken over by the Drag-Racing Monkeys, although they somehow found their way back, bumping into Jenny Everywhere moments after she'd shifted into that universe.
Later, they were captured by the Drag-Racing Monkeys' Master, who robotised them. Though it made them obey him, the process did nothing to alleviate the gaps in their reasoning, and they proved more harmful than not to their new Master, bringing Rat Boy right into his laboratory as a “tea guest” and later escaping in his personal spacecraft before the Master himself could climb aboard.
