Shock-Staves were weapons used by the Bishop's “Red Guards” (Rinok mercenaries) to keep his enslaved Aspergots in line.
They were large staves with golden pommels, which could be used to deliver bright electrical shocks. However, an Electro-Neutralizer could be used to created a feedback loop that caused the wielder to electrocute themselves instead. (COMIC: Jenny Everywhere and the Dark Bishop)
